What I think is important to mention about this hat is that the ears have first been traced on interfacing, than ironed on the chosen fabric, machine sewn together and had wire inserted in to make them malleable. This is the kind of quality rarely found in mini top hats and I am very proud of that. This little rabbit hat was made with a white heavy cotton, silver satin, white velvet (ears) and blue gingham fabric. The front is decorated with some paper flowers, a tiny teapot and a grey clock.

Of all my rabbit hats, this one is my favorite :)

Sweet little Dormouse! Mostly dozing and propoundly confusing. I think that's why I like him so much. And besides! He fits inside a teacup! The fabric on this hat reminds me of a teacup design. Oodles of tea tempting tidbits are stacked for the Dormouse's pleasures. A comfortable elastic band of your choice of color is attached. I find that the elastic band really keeps these little hats on your head and is, in my opinion, the most comfortable to wear and the most versatile. With the elastic you have your choice of wearing it on the right or left side of your head or directly in the center.

That pesky Rabbit! If he hadn't been wearing a waist coat and complaining about his tardiness, Alice would have NEVER ended up in Wonderland! No...wait...then we wouldn't have this great story! And I would have never made this fabulous hat! Thanks tardy White Rabbit! This hat features a burgundy damask fabric to match his coat and a green sash to match his vest. A couple of extra clocks will help that rabbit be on time (maybe....but I doubt it). The cogs and the big clock are made from wood keeping the hat lighter weight.
