his Alice In Wonderland / Mad Hatter inspired Mini Top hat is around 14cm round and 9cm tall & is secured to your head with a comfortable white elastic head band. I find that the elastic really keeps these little hats on your head and stays in place all day. I wear them to the races and themed parties all the time and forget they are even on my head. You can wear it either side or in the centre.
