cinderella bunting from a vintage children's book
this 16 flag bunting is done in two sections. they can be hung side by side, or one below the other. each flag is 5 3/8" across and 4" down on each side. pink ribbon has been laced through the punched, reinforced holes. narrow ribbon in light blue has been added to the ends of each section of bunting. as you can see in one of the photos, i've used tape to hang the bunting to the mantel of my fireplace. more secure options would be to use a thumbtack through the ribbon to hang on your wall, or tie a loop in the ribbons on each end to hang from a nail. the ribbons on each end are long enough to tie into a loop. i used tape simply to avoid putting too many nail holes in the mantel. the sections of bunting are each 47" across from the first flag to the end flag. the ribbons extend about 12" beyond.
